I stopped using stripe because they keep slapping algorithmic reserves on my processing.
Zero refunds. Zero chargebacks. Established clients.
Then out of nowhere a random 15% reserve for 6 months.

Stripe cut us off one time for selling airsoft bbs on our website. Kids play airsoft all over this country but Stripe abuses their payment processing dominance to push their values onto online retailers. They treated us like we were selling illegal firearms online.

Stripe is no longer accepting any prop firms on their platform and yesterday they shut down many firms accounts with hundreds of thousands and even millions inside.
Without a backup this could potentially be the end for many firms.

Worked the whole night optimizing our store and ads.
Slept only a few hours because i was hyped to see the results of the changes i impomented, I woke up to a Shopify ban and a Facebook ad account restriction.
We have no luck. We’re just powering through the bullshit thrown at us. Right now, I have over $100K on hold across all my businesses—$30K of that in just the last two months.
I fulfill all my orders on time, have a full-time customer support rep avaliable 16 hours a day for instant responses, sell only green products, and put in serious effort on optimizations.
I feel tricked by the game. This shouldn’t be happening to startup entrepreneurs. I’m lucky enough to have the capital to keep trying, but these circumstances will kill millions of dreams over the next few years.
At the end of the day, I’ll get up, try again, and eventually get it all right. But after working all night to go from 6K to 10K days, waking up with the scoreboard reset hurts like a bitch.
Hang in there, bros. The game is tough and often unfair. Prepare for hardship, and I wish you all the best of luck.

Ecom is a lot like crypto or stocks.
In the sense that you need to be emotionally regulated.

Just got banned on Shopify and all of my ads Restricted on Meta at the same time. I can’t process this. My brain is going crazy. All my hard-work, progress, late nights staying up to 2AM working, wiped away. All of the money in payouts, gone. We have > 100 fulfilled orders, dated invoices from suppliers, connected tracking links, but I’m still doubtful for an unban.
I don’t know what to do. God keeps testing me. I feel so lost.

Last night they decided to disable our payments and withhold a large amount of our funds for 120 days
We need this money to cover our business costs, (See my recent post of my AMEX bill) and holding it back is causing us serious cash flow problems
Funny thing? They won't tell me the reason of this decision or what the total amount of the payment hold is (I know it's a lot)
Our dispute rate is lower than 1% and our trustpilot score is in the green. So it not because we're providing a poor customer experience
Contacted Shopify many times, but still no explanation whatsoever

Shopify has been holding my payouts for 10+ days now.
No email, no document request, no way to resolve. Support keeps repeating the same useless replies.
This is straight-up criminal behavior.
