If you exceed your processing cap, you have two options: (1) Upgrade to the next tier, which will be prorated for the remaining month, or (2) Pay an overage fee of 0.5% on volume exceeding your cap. For example, on the Starter plan with a $25k cap, processing $40k would mean $15k over the cap, resulting in a $75 overage fee.
Interchange Plus (IC+) is the most transparent pricing model in payments. You pay the actual interchange rate set by card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) plus a small fixed markup from us. This means you get the best possible rates, especially for debit cards and certain card types that have lower interchange rates.
When you commit to an annual plan paid upfront, you save 17% compared to monthly billing. For example, the Growth plan at $499/month becomes $4,990/year ($416/month effective rate) instead of $5,988/year. This applies to all tiers.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-month, you only pay the difference for the remaining days.
We support all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and various alternative payment methods depending on your tier. Enterprise customers can access additional payment rails and custom payment methods.
There are no setup fees for any plan. Monthly plans have no long-term contract commitment. Annual plans require a 12-month commitment but come with the 17% discount. You can cancel monthly plans at any time.
The Payment Facilitation Rail (available on Growth and above) removes monthly processing limits, allowing you to process uncapped monthly volume. This is ideal for businesses with variable or rapidly growing transaction volumes.
